You will help grow Synfioo’s SaaS business in the DACH region by mainly supporting your assigned Account Executives (AE) to further engage at their target accounts. You will focus on industrial or logistics companies at different account sizes by teaming up with Marketing and AE. As a result you will mainly be measured against quarterly pipeline creation targets (MRR) as well as opportunity or meeting count.


  • You identify new targets at senior levels within the accounts and convert them into sales leads
  • You set new meetings to jointly run and then hand over to your AE for converting those into recurring revenue for Synfioo
  • You convert the leads generated through your outbound activities as well as assigned inbound leads/MQLs


  • Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in supply chain, logistics or transportation
  • 5+ years of successful BDR/SDR/BDM experience in enterprise software, ideally SaaS/Cloud with a proven track record of achieving MRR/ARR-based pipeline creation or SQL/new meeting targets
  • 3+ years of experience in targeting C-level and similar senior executives in large international organizations (€500M+ AR) with a great hunter mentality
  • Proficient in developing as well as executing territory and account strategies while being able to diagnose customer pain points and explore the wider buying group by asking great questions
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with excellent skills in presentation, negotiation and deal closing
  • Strong background in building up champions early on and convincing them of the value that we bring
  • Able to work against ambitious timelines, being persistent and tenacious, and always closing a client interaction with next steps
  • Driven, self-starter individual with ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Teamplayer with positive, “can do” mentality, ready to roll up sleeves
  • You have worked with CRM tools (e.g. Hubspot, Salesforce) and know how to manage accounts, contacts, meetings and pipeline
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in German and English; other languages are a plus
