You will help grow Synfioo’s SaaS business in the DACH region, targeting a mix of industry and logistics accounts. You will identify new business opportunities, run first & second meetings on your own, while utilizing internal resources for deep-dive presentations. You will drive 2-12 months long sales cycles with deal sizes between 2-4k€ MRR for pilots and 10-20k€ MRR for full implementations. As a result you will be measured against new business bookings for Synfioo’s SaaS platform and compensated against MRR targets at your accounts.


  • Turn pipeline into proposals and closing deals is your major focus going forward
  • Build a strategic plan for your territory and identify, research as well as prospect new accounts and contacts
  • Define the outreach plan and generate and conduct new business meetings at your target accounts
  • Maintain customer relationship for 12+ months to drive up- and cross-selling within our land-and-expand strategy


  • Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification, ideally in supply chain, logistics or transportation
  • 5+ years successful sales experience in enterprise software, ideally SaaS/Cloud, with proven track record of achieving MRR/ARR/ACV based NBB quota and overachieving given targets
  • Experience in targeting C-level and similar senior executives in large international organizations (€500M+ AR) with a great hunter mentality
  • Proficient in developing as well as executing territory and account strategies while building up champions, penetrate large buying centers and driving complex, multiple-stakeholder-driven sales cycles
  • Thinking in concepts that translate into easy-to-understand pictures, diagrams and numbers
  • Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with excellent skills in presentation, negotiation and deal closing
  • Driven, self-starter individual with ability to work well under pressure and in a dynamic environment
  • Teamplayer with positive, “can do” mentality, ready to roll up sleeves
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in German and English, other languages are a plus
  • Creating a mathematical model for a given problem
  • Desirable and helpful (but not necessary) is experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), the Atlassian Toolchain,
  • Teamwork
  • Good language skills in English (working language)
